Any word on Cloud Server v12.5?

    We are hearing such great things about the standalone 12.5 update that we are anxious to get the same for Cloud Server. Has anyone heard about an ETA on the Cloud Server v12.5 update?

    If so, will this be an in-place upgrade or will it be a separate install with a backup/restore move of existing PBX's?

    I would assume it will not be in-place as the standalone is not in-place.
    It seems major upgrades usually are not in place.

    You never know - that might be what they are working on before they release it.
    Hopefully a moderator will swing by.

    That makes sense re: fresh install. Yes to mod -- would love to have some target dates so we can start planning.

    So that's not even an answer. Should we be worried about a long delay on Cloud Server v12.5 or that version not even in the pipeline for Cloud Server?

    I've reached out to channel reps several times regarding this -- as recently as last week -- and they don't have any answers which is an 180-degree turn from how informative and responsive channel reps have been in the past. It is a release pipeline not a big secret... has me concerned about Cloud Servers future.
