Anyone else having problems contacting BroadVoice?

    When we attempt to contact BroadVoice we cant seem to get through.

    When using a VoIP line we get as far as their auto-attendant and when it transfers us we are disconnected.

    When using a traditional line we get transferred, put on hold for an hour and then disconnected.

    This has been going on for a while now but lately it is consistent (100% of the time).

    Anyone else running into this problem??? Makes me wonder if they are on the verge of pulling a Sunrocket :shock:

    Know any other VoIP providers with unlimited plans in the US and Canada that provide quality service and support? 8)
