This is happening in logs and sometimes on phones?
Can anyone help?
Provider sending non-sense as Caller Name or none (just noise), try modifying incoming call parameters into provider settings like caller name to be equal to caller number, etc.
We are still struggling with this. It causes IIS to crash. The Queue Error happens first then IIS crashings. Please see attached screen dumps:

Better escalate to 3CX support (or your reseller).
How to you log to 3CX Support?
You either need to have bought support from 3CX (http://www.3cx.com/ordering/pricing/support/) or ask the 3CX partner, you bought the 3CX license from, to do this.
