Anyone got a guide as to what SF integration should do?

    I've set up the app in custs SF, done the console server setup, but don't know where to go next. If I call in as a known SF contact, my name does not appear in the web client. Should the windows client also pick this up?
    As you can see I'm pretty clueless!!

    Hello @Nick Harvey,

    In order to troubleshoot server side integrations, please proceed as follows:
    1) From the 3CX Console > Dashboard > Activity Log > Settings > enable verbose logs.
    2) Restart the 3CX Phone System service.
    3) Make a test call to 3CX.
    4) The log file 3cxSystemService.log will tell you what's going on.
