Customer has a dev but they don't seem to know anything about 3CX (and are big and expensive!). Is there anyone out there who has successfully integrated the 2 platforms? Customer is asking about building a call log withing SF, and I have no clue how to even start the conversation! UK based, but not a big deal if elsewhere.
