    Apache not starting

    Hi,

By any chance, you dont have something else active on that port? Some other software that is using the port?

    Hi,

Thanks for your time and feedback. I am sorry to hear about this odd failure. Can you review the APACHE logs in:

    "C:\Program Files\3CX\PhoneSystem\Bin\Apache\logs"

and the logs in the Eventlogs:

Start -> RUN - > eventvwr. (look for entries with source "Apache Service")

If you wish you can also zip and mail us those logs (support@3cx.com), we would gladly look at them ourselves.

    Thanks once again!

    Hi again,

    The apache logs are 0kb

    The eventviewer gives me this

Faulting application 3CXPhoneSystem.exe, version 2.0.0.0, faulting module 3CXPhoneSystem.exe, version 2.0.0.0, fault address 0x0001a800.

    The service says starting.

    My netstat -a says

    TCP server:5481 server.s4f.nl:0 LISTENING

I shall reboot the machine again and then i report you again.

    bye

Points to a conflict with other software

    Hi,

These "symptoms" would point to a conflict with some other software. What other software do you have installed that might conflict? Maybe you have some other software installed that also uses Apache for example? Or a previous installation of Apache or LAMP that failed? Any other clues you could give us? We have not received other reports like this, but we are keen to resolve it. If you could send us more details that would be great.

    Hi again,

I have found the time to install it on another machine and that works correctly. I going to test the APP on that machine.
    Thanks for the support..
