API: "Config server is not connected"

    Hello,

    I have an issue where about 40-50% of the time, any calls to any methods/properties under PhoneSystem.Root are failing with the exception "Config server is not connected". I have confirmed that the ini file is being parsed by my app correctly, and the port, username, and password all match. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

    I'm *really* confused. Any idea what this could be?

    I'll specify: It's an ASP.NET application, running under IIS 8.5 on the same Windows Server 2012 virtual machine as the 3CX itself.
