    Hello --

    Would like to see if there is documentation for getting status for certain objects via API...

    Number of agents logged in to Q
    Number of agents available (or busy) in Q
    Number of services calls in Q
    Number of abandoned calls in Q
    Average hold time in Q
    Number of active calls (system wide)
    Number of registered extensions (system wide)
