API return

    hello,

    i have question does API return anything if user is busy or if user ended call. I need this for automatic calling for call center so when user make a call and when call is finished application would wait for 5 sec and start automatically new call. If i would like to do that i need to get some returns from PBX.

    You should look at the examples provided by 3CX for the API. http://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/call-control-api/ You can control most all of the PBX functions from the API.

    Yes, you should be able to monitor each extension and see whether they are on a call or not and then transfer a call from the queue or dial a call.
