    Good day,

    We have 3CX SC16 Standard Edition, our 3CX upgrade insurance will expire soon. hence we have already latest version (v12). What if the insurance plan is lapse, will our 3CX edition will back to Free Edition/ Trial Edition? or still Standard Edition but can't receive updates?

    Hi there,
    If you have activated your v12 before Maintenance expires then you are out of trouble as it will remain activated, but you will not have access to any future services packs updates, nor to major new versions, nor to the phone firmware upgrades.

    I appreciate your provide information. Our license is recently expired last July 26, 2014. Can we avail renewal license again?
