Please consider enabling the ability to assign an extension to queues, ring groups and extension groups when setting up the extension. A PBX with multiple groups, queues and ring groups requires a lot of "back & forth" between screens to properly set up an extension per a client's needs. For example, if adding a new extension that's in the accounting department & A/P queue, the process is: Create extension Go to queues setup; add extension to A/P queue Go to Extension Group setup; ad extension to Extension Group Go back to extension screen, remove extension from default group Etc. Older version had the ability to add an extension to an extension group during the extension creation process, including assignment of security (Manager/User). Thanks.
