Attendant Console

    Hi Guys

    I have 50 different companies and each has got 1 main DDI number which at the moment goes via our switchboard.
    Each DDI number is assiociated with company's name so lady on the reception can see what DDI/company
    has been called so she can answer accordingly

    My question is :
    Does 3CX server support Console Attendant (not Auto Attendant) so all DDIs can point to 1 phone on the reception
    and display associated companies names so receptionist know how to answer?
    If so how can I configure it on version 7?

    I've seen this feature working on Cisco Call Manager 4.1 with Console Attendant add-on installed and it is what I'm looking for in 3CX

    Any help

    I'm using 3CX version 7 with Cisco 7960 phones and
    I really need a working solution not just guessing or maybe this maybe that etc

    If you are sure it can be done or you have done it yourself please let me know
    as this feature is a must for someone like us.
    We are an office service provider where we answer the calls on behalf of 50+ companies
    and our receptionist has to be able to see on her screen what number has been called
    and what name is assiociated to it so she can answer it correctly.

    Any ideas?

    Sorry didnt want to offend anyone.
    Ive asked if its possible to do it and if so if someone done it
    and I'd rather have one answer yes you can do it or no its not possible yet
    then 20 answers saying maybe you can try this or I think if you do this or that
    Again sorry if I offended anyone

    Going back to the subject if anyone knows how to achievie what I asked for in my original post
    please let us all know as this is very important feature I would say a must in any telephone system
