    Okay, here's the system config:
    SBS 2003 running Enterprise Edition 3cx
    Linksys SPA922 and 962 phones
    Grandstream 4108 Gateways.

    I saw this same problem posted elsewhere on the forums. However, there was no response, so here we go again, this time with a server log:
    Here's the error stack

    09:58:11.180 StratLink::eek:nHangUp [CM104001] Call(602): Ln:10004@Gateway1 hung up call; cause: BYE; from IP:192.168.0.161
    09:57:54.570 StratTransfer::eek:nConnected [CM008008] Call(603): Transfer: wrong leg is connected
    09:57:54.445 StratLink::Transfer [CM104002] Call(603): transfers Ln:10006@Gateway1 from Ext.201 to sip:205@192.168.0.12
    09:57:47.226 CallLegImpl::eek:nConnected [CM103001] Call(604): Created audio channel for Ext.205 (192.168.0.32:16464) with Media Server (192.168.0.12:7178)
    09:57:47.211 StratInOut::eek:nConnected [CM104005] Call(604): Setup completed for call from Ext.201 to Ext.205
    09:57:47.211 CallLegImpl::eek:nConnected [CM103001] Call(604): Created audio channel for Ext.201 (192.168.0.34:16386) with Media Server (192.168.0.12:7176)
    09:57:41.305 CallConf::eek:nProvisional [CM103003] Call(604): Ext.205 is ringing
    09:57:41.195 CallConf::eek:nIncoming [CM103002] Call(604): Incoming call from 201 (Ext.201) to sip:205@192.168.0.12
    09:57:37.742 MediaServerReporting::RTPSender [MS004000] Call(603) Ext.201: (ACTIVE): Can't send RTP stream to 0.0.0.0:16384 destination unreachable
    09:57:17.398 CallLegImpl::eek:nConnected [CM103001] Call(603): Created audio channel for Ext.201 (192.168.0.34:16384) with Media Server (192.168.0.12:7174)
    09:57:17.367 StratInOut::eek:nConnected [CM104005] Call(603): Setup completed for call from Ln:10006@Gateway1 to Ext.201

    Here's what happens: I call in. I then ask to be transferred. Attended transfer begins; I hear the hold music. Receptionist finishes the attended transfer and I begin speaking to the person to whom the call was transferred. After approximately 10-20 seconds, the call terminates.
    Thoughts, anybody?

    I've the same problem

    I have the same problem, I upgrade my linksys SPA3102 to fimeware 5.7, but the problem still yet, but I can see that if I change the type of the line (Checked external line), in the firts seconds I can make out coming calls, or if reset my router or change outcoming delay, I can make one out coming call.

    can some body anwer about this problem, I have configured like the manual, and I'm using my SPA3102 over my Internet Interface, and I put static IP ()fre ip of my network) , gateway (my gateway), dns (my DNS) ...

    Them I can make incoming calls but this hung up for the linksys gateway make that my x-lite 3.0 disconect the call. I think that it's aVoIP to PSTN configuration error, but I don't know the solution, please can some body explain us the solution??? (I'm in spain)

    Check on the phone interface - admin, advanced, Ext 1 tab - Call Settings section - Blind Attn-Xfer Enable: set to Yes.

    I think that was what fixed my transfer issues.

    call drop after 20sec after transfer

    I am tearing my hair out!!! :cry:
    I am using Linksys IP SPA942 phones, but I don't think it is related to the phones because it also hangs on the softphones.

    We receive a call... transfer to another extension... bingo... the call drops after 15-20 secs after the transfer... can't find any help!!!

    Anyone else having this issue?

    here is a dump of the log:

    "Transfer: wrong leg is connected" seems to be the explanation.

    Did you try

    1) Uncheck "Supports replaces" on the extension, and if that doesn't work then
    2) Uncheck "Supports reinivite" on the extension
