Attended Transfer greyed out in CTI Mode

    I'm using 3cx Phone for Windows V14 and a Yealink T46G

    When in CTI mode the Attended transfer is greyed out.

    Any ideas?

    Features are normally grayed out when they aren't supported or available.

    Is the T46 a remote STUN extension?

    Attended transfer is available when:
    - The deskphone is either a Local Extension or through a 3CX SBC.
    and
    - The 3CXPhone app is on the same LAN as the deksphone and they can directly communicate with each other.
