Attended Transfer Greyed out

    Hi,

    User can attended transfer via her phone handset, but not via the 3CX phone software. The button is greyed out. She can dial via 3CXPhone so it's connected.

    Any suggestions?

    Could you please tell us which phone (brand/model) and which 3CX Phone version you are using ?

    Phone is a Yealink T46G
    3CX Ver is 12.0.37098.0

    Please note that attended transfer in CTI is available in v12.5 of the 3CX Phone System
