Attended transfer shows extension number in the call history instead of the caller number

    Hi,

    We have a problem with attended transfers and the call history. If an extension receives an attended transfer, the call history shows up the extension which has transferred the call and not the actual caller. In case of a blind transfer it shows up the caller number in the call history. Is this a setting or can this be fixed that the actual caller is shown in the call history?
    We are using 3CX V14 SP1.

    Same problem here with V15SP4 still not fixed and not working for attended and blind transfer.

    I believe this is an endpoint "issue", not a 3cx one. What phones are you using ?

    We have normal 3CX Windows Clients in use and some Siemens Gigase SL610 DECT connected via a N510 IP gateway.

    There seems to be a difference in behaviour dependent on the device where the transfer is executed. If executed on 3CX Client, the entry is right but not if the transfer is executed on a DECT-IP device. Created a specific Thread for this as this thread seems to be not applicable anymore on this specific problem.
