Attended transfers fail

Hi I am using 3CX V5.0.3790.0 and eybeam softphones.

here is the problem:

incoming call from either voip or ptsn
Answered by an extension (101 in the attached logs)
Try to do attended transfer to another extension (108)
eyebeam shows a succesful transfer on 101 but outside line is still on hold and not connected to 108.
