Audio Cutting Out

    We are having issues with our audio. It will cut out on just about every call randomly for about 1 second. I have tried every combination of codecs, some seem to make the issue better but it never fully resolves. I know it is not a firewall issue, and we have the latest Time Warner docsys 3 cable modem. Does anybody have any suggestions on settings I can adjust to try and fix this?

    Internet Speed:
    Download - 60mbps
    Upload - 6mbps

    No more than 4 active calls at one time

    Hi,

    please open a ticket on our Support portal and provide us a wireshark capture and the Support files of the Phone System in order to analyze them and see from where the issue comes from.
