Audio Delay when call is transfered to an external number (mobile)

    We are experiencing 2-3 seconds audio delay when calls get transferred to an external number (Cell phone) making this method unusable.
    Anyone has an idea on what to do to correct this issue?

    It may depend on the type of trunk you are using to place the outside call. It may also be a setting. Check the 3CX Activity log for oner of these calls. It will give a time line of events and should show what is happening at the point when audio begins working. that may provide some clues as to what can be (should be) changed.

    It may also have something to do with the method of transfer being used.
