Audio issue with Fanvil X3S

    We have a 3CX phone system V15 Pro license and using Fanvil X3S & Grand Stream IP phones. Majority of the users which use Fanvil X3S complaints that most of the calls they receive/make have low audio. Could you please advice is there any tweak we can do to improve the audio quality.

    Within 3CX there is nothing that you can alter that will impact the volume of the audio. Your only option appears to be from within the phone itself:
    7.1 Adjust Audio Volume
    When the device is in the default standby mode,
     Press soft-button
    [More] till you find the
    [Settings] button.
     Press
    [Settings] button and
    [More] till you find
    [Volume Adjustment] button.
     Press
    [Volume Adjustment] button, use the up/down navigator keys to select the audio channel and press
    or
    buttons to adjust the audio volume.
     Save the adjustment by pressing
    [OK] when done​

    You could also capture a call with wireshark and check whether the audio is coming from your provider with bad quality (in which case not much can be done from your side). Keep in mind that the pbx makes no changes to the level of the volume.
