Audio problem SPA942

    I have two problems:

    1 The caller hear me but not me when I receive a call! I khnow its a codec problem because with the 3CX client no problem . do you have a complet set up to do for the SPA942 phone

    2 When I make a call, when I put on hold they hear the message from the IP provider not the one set in the 3CX system. Also a SPA 942 configuration problem

    Can you help me because it a big probleme for us

    Log of call (or better 3CXMediaServer.trace.log) will help to investigate the problem
    remove "Supports re-Invite" tick in provider configuration.
