Audio problem with home workers + 3CXPhone through Cisco VPN

    Hi there,

    I have a serious problem with audio by all of our home workers. Last week we updated our 3CX pbx from V11 to V12 SP2. With this upgrade, we also started with the new 3CXPhone. Our organisation has serveral home workers. Their setup is as follows:
    OS: Windows XP/Vista/7 (several OS's tested)
    New 3CXPhone
    Connected to the office via Cisco VPN Client
    Plantronics HW261N headset

    With the old 3CX softphone we had no audio issues at all by the home workers. Since we upgraded our environment, our home workers cannot hear the other side anymore. The other party does hear the home worker.

    After several hours of unsuccesful troubleshooting, I decided to test with the old softphone. No issues with the old softphone.
    So the problem isn't our firewall, nor the cables, nor the headset, nor the 3CX pbx. In my opinion there is a serious bug in the new 3CXPhone.

    Has anyone the same problem as I, and is there a solution for it?
