Audio Problem_Incoming calls

    I have installed the windows client and I have managed to register with the pbx using the tunnel.
    When I make a call everything is fine. I get two-way audio.
    But when I receive a call I cannot hear anything. Also the speaker icon is grayed out.

    Any thoughts?
