We can't make out going calls.

    IP Phone: Grandstream 2000
    3XC softphone
AudioCodes MP-114 FXO w/4 PTSN lines from Verizon
Phone can call each other via thier extensions but can't call someone cell phone for example.
All line are registered in 3cx.

I followed the setup guide from 3cx webpage to the letter, excecpt ip address of course.

Grandstream says "404 NOT FOUND wrong number or party not online."
    Any ideas?

Exactly! I've got MP-1140 FXO and it causes no problems if configured properly.

    Thank you

    Found my problem.
    It was on the AudioCodes.
3CX's how to on how to setup the AudioCodes isn't all that great.
There are a number of other settings that must be made.
For those of you who are having difficulties like we were use the below INI info as a template.

Below is the content of my INI file that finally got it working.
The ip address have been change to protect the inocent.

We are sure the config guide works well. It has been re checked several times. If you follow the step by step guide, you can not go wrong.

it maybe that you have some exceptional setup - in that case it would be helpful is if you mentioned what setting you had to make in your case to make it work....

We are using the Audio Codes MP-114 FXO gateway as well but with the Polycom Soundpoint 501 phones. I had to set the Automatic Dialing to Enable instead of Hotline for everything to work.

Just a FYI we have been working with tech support with Audio Codes on a couple of issues, one of which was a rushing or 'ocean' sound whenever we would begin talking that would only stop when we stopped talking. We found that by setting the ECDCRemoval to a value of 1 we eliminated that.

I would also agree, instead HOTLINE put ENABLE, and you will receive incoming cals on MP 114.

OK, thanks for the feedback. You are right, we have updated the config guide to reflect this

First, sorry to drag up an old topic, but I thought this information might help somebody else.
Not to be argumentative, but I have to agree with onsite on this one. I could not get my Audiocodes mp-118 fxo to work with the 3cx config document, either. Using the config document, I was able to get inbound calls and extension to extension calls to work with no problems; however, I never could place an outbound call no matter how I tweaked the rules or other settings.
I imported onsite's ini file into my mp-118 after changing the appropriate email addresses, and I was immediately able to make an outbound call.

This was my old config file:
My test set includes a new Dell server running the latest build of 3cx (free version), a Polycom IP 330 phone, an Audicodes mp-118fxo with the 5.2 firmware, and one regular pstn line plugged into fxo port 2.
I can see several places where our configs don't match up; I would appreciate it if comebody could explain to me why the 3cx setup document didn't produce the desired results.

I just registered with AudioCodes support. You just need your serial # and device. I have a temp ID that was emailed but that only got me to the docs for it. My distributor has all the firmware but nothing is listed for 5.2 for the MP-114. Only 5.2 for the MP-118. Not sure if it will work or not.

I have a MP-118 FXO Gateway. I was not able to get it working until I clicked on Protocol Management. Then at the top I clicked on Routing Tables and under that Tel to IP Routing. Under there I changed the Dest. IP Address to the IP address of my 3CX server and then everything started working. Maybe I missed something in the instructions but I did not see that in the Configuration instructions for AudioCodes MP-114 & MP-118. I hope this can help someone.
