I have an AudioCodes MP-114 Gateway installed and my all is working fine. EXCEPT, when I monitor my line status from the 3cx interface, I notice that my PSTN line show that they are connected. I appears that the digital receptionist is connecting to the PSTN lines and showing that the lines are in use. Once the line are activated, the lines stay connected indefinately and tie up my physical lines. I have no way of clearing these lines other than rebooting the gateway Has anyone encountered this? Any Suggestions??
