    Add a page to see the changes on the dashboard and 3CXPhone ... made by Users / Administrators ..


    Feature :
    The Audit Log* page ! (of changes made)
    Who did change/make ?


    Exemple :
    -Delete/Add Sip Trunk
    -Change Outbound/Inbound Rules
    -« Regenerate » password Authentication extension
    -Kill the active call
    -Change Office Hours
    -Change Profil Status
    -Login/Logout Q
    -Try /login (authentication user) to dashboard or WebClient
    -Create/Delete extension

    ... The all change , log on the webpage. (Same Kind : Activity Log but .. Change Log).

    This is an urgent feature. Customers where there are different users that can modify 3CX configuration need to be audited urgently, need to know who crash the PBX!

    Imagine: Suddenly, the 0 of a digital receptionist "ends the call" instead of transferring to the operator.

    Why ?
    The extension of the operator has been removed? Does anyone have to edit the digital receptionist? has it been a long time since it's deconfigured?

    This is a solution to prove to customers that 3CX is a reliable tool. Deconfigurations are not caused by instability of 3CX. Can show that 3CX is secure

    I think this would be a great option - as long as we can set things like a maximum log size (either by date, or by storage size), and whether it is enabled or not. Choice is good. Having options forced on you is not.

    We have customers where this would be useful to prove that their IT staff did make the change, and it wasn't us - or that the system got broken by the magical PBX gremlins that come in the night...

    +1 - just had a call from a client where changes appear to have been made and broken call routing, they want to track down who made them so they can be "reeducated".

    Yeah this is a thing they HAVE to implement, if they want to be compliant to the new General Data Protection Regulation in the EU Union. Without these things be logged they could be fined. I know nearly all Programmers need to rework they´re Applications and its a Pain in the ass, but they have to by Law.
