Audtio but no video on SIP Calls

    We have a Paxton Access intercom panel for video intercom at our main entrance. When the call button is pressed, we accept the call using the Bria app on an iPad and open the door. On Jan 24th, the video stopped working. We use 3CX as a SIP server to make the connection. I am desperate for help at this point as no one can seem to help me get this working. I just updated 3CX to version 15 hoping that would help. Below is the response from Bria technical support.

    Your log is showing that the server is not appreciating the "fast update" parameters sent by Bria for formatting the video encoder, see below:

    This cannot be configured at Bria's end. Would there be any way to get the server to support fast updates?
