Auth ID / Credential's Failed Cisco 7960/7940

    Hello All,

    I am having some problems getting a Cisco 7960 to work with 3CX. I keep getting the message :

    "Credentials don't match, check that authorization-ID and password match the ones in extension settings"

    I have tired literally everything and i have specified the Auth ID / Password as per the setup instructions on the 3CX Site. Does anyone have any ideas what could be wrong anyone else has any trouble with this themselves. Can anyone confirm if you need a space between the colon and the password/auth ID in the setup file ?
