Authentication failed from SIP trunk call

    Hi there,

    I got very strange problem, SIP call from NEC phone system failed on certain number, in this case, call 21161 sucessful, call 21004 failed.
    In 3CX setup 21004 is exactly the same extersion as 21161, in my other testing, it is ok to call 2114x to 2119x, but not 2111x to 2113x, below is the logs:


    10.100.4.238 is my NEC phone system IP, 10.100.4.6 is my 3CX server. I have tested on both softphone and Yealink T20 IP phone, same result.

    By the way, if call from 3CX registered extension, no such problem at all.

    You cant have both extensions on the same phone use port 5060.

    Change one of them to use port 5061 and it will work

    Hi,

    no, I don't have both extension on the same phone, I was testing 21161 success, and then log out 21161, change the extension to 21004 and log in, but failed.
