    HI All,

I had an issue with a T28, so I deleted the extension, but now when I auto provision the phone, I get this error message:

    CM302001]: Authorization system can not identify source of: SipReq: SUBSCRIBE MAC0015767755352@224.0.1.75 tid=930899800 cseq=SUBSCRIBE contact=MAC001576775155352@192.168.1.27:5060 / 1 from(wire)

    Any Ideas?

Thanks for the reply, but no matter I do I still get this message when I try and provision this handset, all was working great, only have this issue since upgrading to SP4. Have tried factory resetting phone and re-provisioning but still get this error?
