Authorization

    Hi guys,

    I've tried to get the app to work for the past 2 days. I've had no luck. Every time I try and get the phone to authenticate to the pbx I keep on getting this error in the log.

    11:27:59.562 [CM102001]: Authentication failed for SipReq: REGISTER 192.168.80.155 tid=PjAgRaosUP1vV3bHwAO9MZ29YVtIYY6POX cseq=REGISTER contact=joncoles@192.168.80.153:5060 / 62390 from(wire); Reason: Credentials don't match, check that authorization-ID and password match the ones in extension settings

    Now I know that the credentials are correct becuase it's just been auto provisioned.. Anyone else had this error and found a work around?

    Is the EXT ID and the EXT number the same? At the moment it cant be different from the number of the ext. it self
