Auto add prefix to directory for bridge calls

    Apologies if this is already answered.

    We have 2 offices.

    Office A dial 4xxx to call Office B, Office B call 5xxx to call Office A.

    Both Offices can see the other offices 3CXPhone-directory.xml

    We can get handsets to see both xml files but it won't auto add the 4 or 5 prefix.

    Previously, I have amended the xml adding the prefix. Is there a way to auto add extensions from the other office?

    have to added this prefix in the bridge config? Once dialing from the 3CXPhone or WebClient starts, the prefix is auto added.
