Greetings all, I have a 3CX system running Ver 14 with 70 or so extensions, all Cisco IP phones. The issue I have is with the Cisco Spa525 IP phones. 2 of 9 phones are attempting to install firmware every 3 days which equates to the default "failed firmware timer". I have updated the firmware manually from 7.5.5a to 7.6.2a with a factory default and re-provision and no errors yet the phone still reboots every 3 days. Is it just bad hardware? I attempted to disable the auto-upgrade function in the provisioning template but that also failed to eliminate the reboots. I don't have a spare 525 to swap.
