Solved Auto login and logout queues goes wrong

    Hi all,

    We are testing with the 'Log out from queues' option for certain extensions.

    When we use this, the function works the other way around:

    Status Available : Extension is logged out of the queue
    Status Aways: Extension is logged in to the queue

    Any idea?

    Under the available status the option Log out of queues is selected or not?

    Hi

    Its seems that you have configured the extension to do this from its forwarding rules. From the extensions settings within the management console navigate to the Forwarding rules tab then leaving the drop down set to 'Available' and check in the options section bellow that 'Log out from queues' is left un-checked. Then from the drop down choose 'Away', this time from the options section make sure that the Log out from queues is checked and press OK to save the settings. Now try changing status of the extension and check the queue status if changes when in the away status.

    I was stupid :) I didn't realize that the option was 'per status' :)
