Auto login during NON-business hours

    We have noticed after running the Agent Login History that the three staff members from customer service are being logged in automatically before business hours. We are aware that the auto login should not be occurring during non-business hours. Is there a setting we are missing some where to resolve this?

    Hello @Jim Schnack

    The auto login is based on the extension status that can change with business hours. So if an agent changes status before business hours then the extension will get logged into the queues. The change will not happen unless someone sets the extension to available or logs into the queues manually.

    Our businesses hours are 7:30 am -5:00 pm and the system is showing them all logging in at 6:14 am, they would not be logging into the que that much earlier than our office hours. Anything else we should check?

    You can check if the server time is correct as this is the time the PBX follows. Do extensions log out automatically as well? If so do they log out on time?
