Testing a Yealink T46S and two Yealink T21P E2 phones prior to deployment. Testing against my 3CX NFR installation. After provisioning through the management console (RPS) the process changes the admin password. I did find an answer that worked for the T46S at https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/auto-provision-changes-admin-pwd-on-yealink-t20.39924/ but this did not work for the T21P E2 phones. I searched the 3CX forum for other posts regarding this issue and found no help there. This is not addressed in the training.
