Automate Phone Call with wav File Output

    We have a monitoring system that we want to integrate with our 3CX box. When a monitor is triggered a wav file is automatically generated using text to speech software. We then want to somehow have 3CX call a phone number and play this wav file.

    The only way I have found to automate a call is to use the API, but from what I read they do not give the option to specify a file to play during the call.

    I havnt found anything in my searches, has anyone tried this before?

    Is it the SAME file each time? Or a SMALL collection of files? You could possibly use the API to make a call to an IVR extension, and upload that wav as the IVR voice prompt.
