Automated calls

    Hi

    Can i make a project with vad that can make automated calls to clients and play a message to them.
    The list for the clients will ne in a access database.

    Hi,

    The VAD can only handle inbound calls. To make outbound calls you can use the HTTP API (http://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/3cx-http-api/). You can create a process which uses that API to create outbound calls and transfer them to a VAD callflow. Then, you can use the VAD to graphically define the callflow (play audio prompts, request user input, etc.).
