    I have set up 3CX+IVR inbound call handling, which has been working well for some time.
    I'm now looking to add automated dynamic text-to-speech outbound calls, driven by requests from an external back-office system.
    This isn't a call centre application, so I don't need predictive dialling.

    I'm aware of the 3CX APIs for making outbound calls, but can I process these calls through the VAD?

    What is the latest advice on this? I've seen conflicting information in past replies from VAD_Support in the forums.
