Automatically create a ticket from 3cx call

    We have enabled Zendesk Server-side integration. We see contacts in soft phone application from Zendesk, but calls do not create tickets.

    We need to make sure that every call is registered as ticket in Zendesk.
    How can we achieve that?

    The server side integration doesn't currently support journaling. If you need that feature, you need to configure the client side integration:

    We have plans to add journaling to server side integrations in the near future, but currently it's not available...
