Hi , We have a customer who really wants his recorded calls to be emailed to him when he hangs up and the email should contain the number or name of the person who called and the most important the call duration. So he can bill this customer by minutes. Does anybody has an idea how to do this ? I looked at the 3cx recording manager from voiptoys.com this seems to be able to email the recorded call. But I don't know when the email is sent, if there is any extra information in the email (like number / name / call duration / ...). I emailed voiptoys yesterday, but didn't received any answer. Anybody formiliar with the call recording manager ?
