    If an agent forgets to log out of queue, their phone may continue ringing. If a queue manager isn't around to log them out, it causes issues. We'd love to see a feature in which we can define 'Log Agent out after X polling attempts'.

    This is a feature on other phone system we've used/seen, and has been requested by multiple customers.

    Yes please! We've tried many methods to remind users to queue out but alas the problem remains. This would be a great way of solving the problem.
