Automatically login/out of Queue Based on the Profile Status. Where is it?

    "An agent can be automatically logged in or out of queues, depending on the extension’s profile status or even based on the time of day. "

    This feature was in v14. Where is it in 15? This was heavily used in my organization and caused chaos this morning because nobody was logged into their queues even though their status was available.

    I see a checkbox option under each status for "Log out from queues" but even with this selected, they are not logged out from queues when the profile status changes.

    Hi CBUTLER ,

    Edit the extension in the tab Forwarding Rules and Search for Auto Switch.
    In the available profile Log out from queues should be disable
    and for DND Profile this should be enable .
