avaya with 3cx sip trunk one way problem

    Hi all
    we have two sites offices using IP PBX,avaya and 3cx.Now we have sip trunk with them.But now it works one way.3cx--->avaya ses works fine.avaya ses--->3cx call failed.avaya ses--->3cx log shows:
    PS: 4444 is avaya ses ip phone.1318 is 3cx ip phone.
