Solved AWS 3cx cloud x twilio

    Hello,

    I'm trying to set up a Twilio sip trunk, and after following the 3CX tutorial when I try to make a call every time I get a message saying: call failed, not found.

    As I'm using the 3CX cloud I can't find the log.

    Hello @Renan Paiva

    Do you have an Outbound rule that matches the numbers you are trying to call? You can search the 3CX activity log located at Dashboard / Activity log and see if there is any error indicating why the calls fail. You may also need to set the logging level to Verbose and restart all services so you can get more details regarding the error.
