Backup and Restore Tool

    I have attempted to restore a backup of our 3cx sytem after a fresh windows installation, the Tool appears to have completed all the required functions but seemst to be hanging nt he 3CX server is restarting dialogue - would itbe sace to EXIT as the button is not greyed out?

    You should be fine, I'd simply uninstall and reinstall software and backup file. Do you use this server for anything other than the 3cx software?

    Backup and restore tool has a log. Look there for any errors when you do your restore.
