I have configured remote extensions on a 3CX phone system, (version 9 SP4) and using the 3CX VOIP Phone (5.0.149) and using the 3CX Tunnel.
When calls are placed from office to extension there is an echo on the line, the echo has nearly the same volume as the call itself making the call very difficult.
How can we rectify?
