    I keep getting a badfetch error when I try to use a database component. I've tried removing the variables and changing settings, but the error seems to broad to know what to try.

    Any help?

    How are you filling the database component properties? Can you post a screenshot of the configuration dialog, or paste here the values you're using? Also, the exact error text you're getting will help us to know what's going on...

    This badfetch is coming back to haunt me... I can't seem to make database calls.

    Here's the log.

    I had to replace the "http" text in this log with "_ttp" because the message board would not permit more than two urls in a message.

    It is usually under C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\3CX\Data\Logs

    Hi,

    This seems to be the problem related to the newline character in the SQL statement. Try removing that newline. We'll fix that in the next release.
