Barge in feature

    Hello,

    I'm using the Pro edition v12. Is the barge in/listen to feature only available in Windows 3CX softphone? How about Mac and handset? Thanks.

    While I am not certain about this, my guess is that it is not available directly from a hard phone. However, I am thinking that if you have the client running in CTI mode you can activate the feature and it will direct the activity to your hard phone.
