Hello, Maybe some kind person can help me here. I recently installed version 15.5.10795.4 of the app on my work laptop. However, since installing I have not been able configure it and set up an account. I understand you are supposed to get some sort of welcome email with login details to the browser version where you can add accounts. However, nowhere in the installation process I was asked for my email. So consequently I have no way of logging in to the browser version to add my phone number and start using the app. The app was provided by my employer. Their IT support will not help me, as they say they only help out with the installation, not the configuring of software. So I am on my own here. What can I do to get the app up an running? Thanks!
